Academy Program
This Academy offers intensive and dynamic program for you in order to acquire a deeper insight of the importance of leadership. The program itself is a mix of workshops, simulations, study visits, but also activities for experiencing the Macedonian local culture. This is the first draft of the program:
Day 1 – Arrivals (07.03.2016 – Tuesday)
By 17:00 → Arrivals of participants and meeting host families
Evening → Non-formal gathering at the evening in Skopje’s City Center
Day 2 – Academy Opening (08.03.2016 – Wednesday)
Morning → Academy opening, introducing the program, getting-to-know each other
Afternoon → Introducing Leadership, The Importance of Unlocking Your Leadership Potential, Lunch
Evening → Dinner and City Walk
Day 3 – Exploring Skopje and Discussing Leadership Types (09.03.2016 – Thursday)
Morning → City Treasure Hunt
Afternoon → Lunch and Session for Discussing Types of Leadership
Evening → Dinner with host families and Bowling (optional)
Day 4 – Workshops with guest speakers (10.03.2016 – Friday)
Morning → Workshop with Tsvetiana Zaharieva (PTPI Alumna
Afternoon → Workshop with Antoaneta Pophlebarova (Former Youth Coordinator) and Lunch
Evening → Dinner and Experiencing Skopje night life
Day 5 – Best Practices and Follow – Up planning (11.03.2016 – Saturday)
Morning → Guest from Center for Youth Activism Krik talking about: “Empowering Leadership among Youth with Disabilities“
Afternoon → Follow-up planning and Lunch
Evening → Closing the Academy, Evaluations, Certificates Awarding and Farewell Dinner
Day 6 – Participants Departures (12.03.2016 -Sunday)
