The PTPI European Council Office and the Skopje-Macedonia Community Chapter, invite you to participate in our Youth Leadership Academy. The Academy will take place from 7 to 12 March in Skopje- the capital of Macedonia.
The main aim of the Leadership Academy is to unlock leadership potential of our youth members, so they can deliver projects that have a significant impact in their home countries. Through a series of workshops, lectures, study visits and discussions, the participants will learn essential key points of leadership.
Besides that, the Academy itself offers a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with peers from the PTPI network and experience Skopje, the capital of Republic of Macedonia.
With the Academy we aim to achieve the following challenges:
- Introduce personal leadership as a powerful tool for generating new projects and activities
- Explore different types of leadership through our own experiences
- Learn about successful examples from speakers that have leadership experience within PTPI
- Create an open space for mutual cooperation and understanding
- Build stronger relations between our youth from our Region
