Once you have completed your registration, we will contact you to confirm registration selections, and conference fee. You have the option to pay by credit card, through a PayPal service, which will send you an invoice to your email address, with a link to make your payment.  You can also make a bank transfer to the European Conference account:

Payment by credit card
The participation fee for the conference and all optional program components including the post-conference tour, can be paid via credit card through our PayPal service. We will send you an invoice to your email address.  This will contain the amount you need to pay in euro or US$, and a link to the PayPal service to make your secure payment.  You do not need to have a PayPal account of your own to make credit card payments. Our PayPal service is linked to our European bank account.

Payment by bank transfer
For members who prefer to pay by bank transfer, please submit your fee in euro or US$ to the European Conference account. This is a holding account linked to our master European account and accepts funds also in Swiss Francs, Sterling and most other major currencies.

Donate to our Youth Development Conference fund

You can help us offer an opportunity, for young people to attend our European Conference, each September. The “Youth Development Conference Fund“ will be used to offer scholarships for students so that they can attend the European Conference. The scholarships cover; participation fee, homestay and a contribution to International travel expenses.

Included in your fee

Thursday, September 7 –Activities during conference. Lunch. Visit to the Etchmiadzin Cathedral. Conference Opening Dinner
Friday, September 8 – Activities during conference. Lunch. Visit to the Armenian Genocide memorial complex, Armenian Brandy Factory. Dinner
Saturday, September 9 – Activities during conference. Visit to the Armenian pagan Garni Temple, Geghard medieval monastery. Gala Dinner
Sunday, September 10 –Activities during conference. Lunch and Dinner

Not Included: Travel to/from Poland, Travel insurance, Accommodation, Pre- and Post-Conference tours and activities, additional services (meeting at airports for example).
