People to People International-Europe asbl
European case for support 2017 to 2018 – a framework for Action
PTPI Europe has identified several concrete development opportunities for our organization, our members and our local communities. However, we would benefit from philanthropic support to make these opportunities a reality.
• We would like to reward one or more of our youth between the ages of 14 and 18, to participate in the Global Youth Forum to be held in Kansas City, USA, this June. Several of our young people have already demonstrated outstanding commitment to their communities, by developing and delivering projects that brought positive benefits to society. Our wish is to provide a full scholarship of 2000 euro to one of the students that has already demonstrated commitment.
• Each year, we provide a European Youth Forum hosted by one of our youth chapters, and financed by the European Council Office. We recognize the increasing demands on the bank of mum and dad, and have stepped up to playing our part to offer our young members a development opportunity of a life time.
• Exchange and international experiences contribute significantly to the development of a young mind. There is a segment of our youth community that would benefit from a helping hand, to broaden their life experience, take advantage of exchange opportunities and so develop personally.
Every donation makes a significant contribution to the development of a young person. We take our responsibility seriously and operate under a strategy of continuous learning and improvement. We are here to lead our community of communities, and with your help we can achieve more.
