There have been many times that folks have said “PTPI is the best NGO no one has ever heard about”.
Why is that? Are we too busy running projects in our local community that we forget to tell people what we are doing? Whilst we may not want to shout loudly about our achievements, it’s the only way people hear about us and can contribute.
We need to find that balance between keeping people informed and bragging. Humble communications are good and acceptable. The focus must be on the local community and what they need. Thank you for all that you do as chapters to support your communities and for the work you also do to support communities a long way from you. It is appreciated.
