The application for the leadership Academy is consisted of four parts.
Part 1 –  Personal information, chapter, membership and role in the chapter
Part 2 –  Past experience with working on projects at your chapter
Part 3 –  Motivation for participation on PTPI’s Youth Leadership Academy
Part 4 –  Ideas for follow-up activity

The results from the selection will be available no later than 31 December.
